Exercise
Diet and exercise go hand-in-hand. You need to
burn off the excess fat that has been stored in your body. Just
eating a healthy diet is not enough. You have to do some type
of exercise to burn off the excess calories. This can be as
simple as walking early in the morning. You have to establish a
regular routine and perform it at least three to four times per
week.
Make a Commitment
You can eat healthy and you can exercise and
you will lose a few pounds. But, if you are really serious
